I work with organisations to increase rates of innovation by uncovering the one thing that is needed for innovation - individual creativity.
The good news is everyone has this capacity, they usually just need to be shown what it looks like and how it works in an accessible and logical way.
I have uncovered multiple valuable innovation opportunities for organisations after embedding myself through immersive 'creative residencies', where all aspects of a community are explored for their potential growth and development, in particular people, products and processes.
I often connect industry to university research teams or government groups to solve problems or test ideas.
Please get in touch to discuss projects that focus on creativity, innovation and need connections between industry and academia.
